We had a great experience with Atlantic Duct Cleaning thanks to technicians Daniel S. and Alvaro. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to walk us through the entire process. They treated our home with care—laying down protective coverings and making sure everything was clean when they finished.

Rene and Guillermo did an exceptional job cleaning the ducts in our new home. From the moment they arrived, they took the time to clearly explain the entire process and what to expect. They cleaned every single vent thoroughly, one by one, and didn’t cut any corners.

Roger and Roberto did an amazing job, and we’re super diligent and clean. They explained the whole process snd were friendly. After dealing with a previous duct cleaning service in the past I was reluctant to use another one but Atlantic and Roger and Roberto were a breath of fresh air. I also loved their upfront pricing!

Freddy and Octavio provided Areoseal for the ducts in my daughter's home. the service was part of a contracted service received from ESA, which installed a new HVAC system, and offered the duct sealing process as an option to assist in improving a consistent air flow throughout the house ductwork.
Freddy explained the process of what the Areoseal service could provide in the form of expectations of the sealing process and its limitations in accordance with the duct system.
Freddy determined that from the initial process of trying to create a vacuum seal from the return duct, there was a problem. Freddy and Octavio, through investigation, determined that there had been some previous damage/repair and that the return duct was using a floor cavity as a run. This cavity was sucking air from the Basement laundry room, where debris was present in the return.
Freddy provided some options that clearly outlined the scope of work that could be done at the time due to the errant return duct's lack of performance. We appreciated the flexibility offered and the options, whereby Freddy and Octavio resumed the process, which in the end did provide a significant reduction in the air duct leakage.
The Duct sealing report yielded a before service stat where it was reported that there was a 416.4 CFM of leakage equivalent to a 78.7 square inch hole or 35 % of the system capacity of 1200.0 CFM. The after service yielded 22.8 CFM leakage equivalent to a 4.3 square inch hole or 1.95 of the system capacity. In total, the Areoseal process reported a 95% reduction in duct leakage.
Freddy kept me apprised of options that could be done at the time of service and some options to be taken upon the completion of the sealing process, such as cleaning the return system ducts and having ESA repair the damage ducts and cavity and a return of service by Atlantic Duct Cleaning to retake a pressure test and sealing of the return duct. Advice that was well received and will be acted upon.
Freddy and Octavion were kind and professional, and they ensured to take great care to protect the home during the entire process, and ensured that the cleanup was done.
Overall, the job met our expectations, with the limitations as noted, but we were happy with the printed results. The cost of services, in our opinion, was fair and reasonable for the work that was performed.
