Since we don't call air duct cleaning every year, so, we need to do our homework before scheduling not for for Air Duct clean but especially for Dryer Vent also.
We are glad that we made a good decision and and schedule service with Atlantic Duct Cleaning on 2nd week of January 2024. Both Daniel and Isdes (may be I misspelled his name) did a superb satisfactory job :-). They came with a smile and after doing hard work to help make our air circulation clean through HVAC they left with smile.
They both were very friendly, cooperative and professional. They explained what needs to be done before start the job and what to expect once job is done. A good service to be called again in future.

Darnell FriedJoel and Steven were prompt, wore their masks and put their shoe coverings on upon entering the house each time. Joel explained everything to me and showed me pictures at the end. He provided me with a brochure that explained the anti-microbial application which I elected to take as my issue had been with a musty odor coming from vents. This is applied after a thorough cleaning of the vents. Both men were courteous and professional. I would like to note that Atlantic was recommended to me by my AC company.
